Econo Cotton Wool is used for protecting the neck and clothing during perming and hair colouring, with maximum absorbtion and minimal linting. This economical pack of neck wool allows the wool to be drawn out of the top of the bag, allowing for one loop per customer, which is secured along the hairline for protection.
