Points are awarded on all stock purchase transactions over £100 (in-store, by phone, online or by rep).
Points will not be awarded on Furniture purchases.
Points cannot be used to purchase Furniture.
Points can only be spent online.
Club Synergy Loyalty Scheme runs from 1st January to 31st December.
Minimum points spend is £10 per transaction.
Points orders will be sent out with Stock Orders. There will be no carriage charged for points transactions.
Points must be used for full payment of an order; part-payment with points and credit/debit card will not be accepted.
On 1st January, each Customers' Club Synergy Tier level will be calculated based on their entire spend of the previous year.
From 1st February onwards, Tier level is calculated monthly. The previous month's spend will determine which Tier level the Customer moves to/remains at.
Points will expire on their annual anniversary from 1st January 2019. i.e. Points earned in 2017 that have not yet been spent will no longer be available to spend from 1st Jan 2019
