How do I join Club Synergy?
Login to www.synergysalonsupplies.com and click on the Club Synergy link that appears at the top of the home screen. Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the scheme. Your membership will now be activated.
How do I qualify for Club Synergy points?
You must spend over £200 per month in order to qualify for the Bronze Tier and start earning points. If you increase or decrease your spend each month, you may find you are in a higher or lower tier in the next month, which will affect how many points you receive on your purchases.
What do I have to spend per month to qualify for the Platinum Tier?
You must spend on average of £2000 per month to stay on the Platinum Tier.
What do I have to spend per month to qualify for the Gold Tier?
You must spend on average of £1000 per month to stay on the Gold Tier.
What do I have to spend per month to qualify for the Silver Tier?
You must spend an average of £500 per month to stay on the Silver tier.
What do I have to spend per month to qualify for the Bronze Tier?
You must spend an average of £200 per month to stay on the Bronze Tier.
Where can I earn points?
You can earn points on all purchases over £100 (excluding VAT). This applies to purchases made in-store, online, on the phone or via your Synergy Rep.
Where can I spend points?
You can spend points online on all Products, excluding Furniture.
When can I spend points?
As long as you have over 10 points, you can make purchases using your Club Synergy account.
Is there a minimum points spend?
Yes! The total ex VAT value of your products must be over £10.
I don't have enough points to pay for the whole order, can I pay the balance with £s?
If you want to pay with your Club Synergy account, you must have enough points to pay for the order fully with points.
I normally order by phone or through my rep, will I be awarded points for these orders?
Yes. You can earn points however you order, but for the order to be eligible for points you must spend over £100 excluding VAT.
I joined later in the year, when will I start to earn points?
You will earn points from 1st Jan each year, no matter when you join the scheme.
Where can I see my points?
Click on the Club Synergy tab at the top of the Synergy website and you will be taken to the points screen. You will also be able to see your tier as well as your monthly and annual spend for the present and previous years, where applicable.
When will new points appear on my account?
Your points balance will be updated daily at 6pm. New points will appear as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched.
When can I change Tier?
If the amount you spend each month goes up or down, you will automatically change tier. This will show on your account from the 1st of each month.
Can I join Club Matrix at the same time?
Synergy is no longer participating in the Club Matrix Scheme.
What will happen to my old Club Matrix points?
All valid Club Matrix cheques acquired by 31st December 2016 must be used by the 30th June 2017.
Will my points stay on my account forever?
No, Your Points will expire after one year. This will start on the 1st Jan 2019 when all of your 2017 Points will expire. Thereafter points will expire 1 year after they have been awarded. e.g points awarded in Jan 2018 will expire on 1st Feb 2019.
Can I spend points on Furniture?
Unfortunately points cannot be spent on Furniture items as these are heavily discounted anyway.
Will my Points pay for the VAT part of the order as well?
Yes, your points will cover the whole order.
Will my points be used for delivery charges as well?
There are no delivery charges for Points orders, however we will only send a Points-paid order out alongside a paid order to avoid unnecessary charges.
